Who We Are

This privacy policy applies to the website operated by DSCMaker, an independent creative studio. We are committed to protecting your personal data and your right to privacy.

If you have any questions about this policy or your data, please contact us via the contact form.

What Data We Collect

We only collect data you actively provide to us:

  • Contact form — first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), subject, and message body. This data is stored in a secure database to allow us to respond to your enquiry.
  • Browsing data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) may be collected automatically by our hosting provider Netlify for security and performance purposes.

How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to your contact requests
  • To manage potential professional collaboration
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
  • We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling

Data Storage & Security

Contact form data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database platform hosted in the EU. Data is protected by row-level security policies and accessible only to authorised administrators.

Portfolio images are stored via Cloudinary, a media management platform with industry-standard encryption and access controls.

We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to manage your request, and no longer than 3 years unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
